Small on purpose.
Two seniors, a partner network, work you can click.
Pivot Labs is a two person senior product studio led by Jamie and Barry, with trusted delivery partners in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Seoul and Chennai. The two of us stay across every job. Our partner network lets us scale design, engineering and content when a project needs more hands, without the overhead of a big agency.
Between us we have shipped product inside crypto exchanges, telcos, marketplaces and supply chain platforms, and we build and run our own products with our own money. That changes how we work: we feel every decision the way an owner does.
Same room. Same table.
A small group, laptops open, the work in front of us. No account layer. When a job needs more hands, partners sit in the room with us, not in a separate reporting line.
